Minimal Chainguide ISCG 05
prusaprinters
I needed a chain guide for my bike so here it is. I started from the technical draw of the ISCG05 standard and try to design the backplate as minimal as possible. I used 2 countersunk bolts (M6x12) to link the plate to the frame. The upper guide was attached to the plate with a hex bolt M6x20 and a nut behind the backplate in a socket. Behind the guide there is a little tooth to avoid its rotation. All the two pieces can be printed with just a little need of supports. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Filament: SunLu PETG - ABS Black Notes: I used ABS for the backplate for higher strength and PETG for the guide.
