This MinimOSD case was inspired by a design found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:169137; I improved it by adding snap hooks to the cover and flanges to the base box, as well as enlarging interior tolerances for compatibility with various boards. Both parts are printed on a Replicator 2x using 0.3mm layers, 2 shells, and 25% infill without supports, but proper printer calibration is necessary for snug fits.
