MiniKossel 220mm bedbracket

The goal was to achieve maximum printing area for my FLSun Mini Kossel while also incorporating a heated bed with insulation and glass top, eventually featuring PEI as well. However, the mounting holes in the bed took up more space than I desired, allowing me to use only three of them, which resulted in an uneven and flexible bed. To avoid this issue, I couldn't place the glass bed flush without removing the mounting holes. The bed now lies flat on its base with no springs. Coming soon: - Taller versions will be added to accommodate bed screw head clearance and help alleviate warping when heating and cooling the brackets from the bed. Needed Items: - 12 M4x14mm Hex Socket Cap Head screws (http://r.ebay.com/l3QTm3) - 12 M4 2020 CNC nuts (http://r.ebay.com/7efBo9) - 12 M4 washers (optional); they prevent the screw heads from digging into the bracket mounts - 6 M4 x 20 Hex Socket Cap Head screws (http://r.ebay.com/l3QTm3) - 6 M4 square nuts (I used what came with FLSun) - 3 M4x30mm Hex Socket Cap Head screws (http://r.ebay.com/l3QTm3) - 6 M3x10mm or M3x12mm (optional) - used on taller versions; they hold the bed in place I offered several different options: - **MiniKossel_bedbracket_press_v5.stl** (optional); it pushes the brackets to tighten the bed, also helping to even out the bed - **MiniKossel_bedbracket_clamp_bedonly_v2.stl** - for use with just the 220m bed - **MiniKossel_bedbracket_clamp_220BedCorkGlass_v5.stl** - for users with cork and glass top on their beds - **MiniKossel_bedbracket_clamp_220BedCork_v5.stl** - for those with just cork and the bed clamp; may need to be flipped upside down (when mounting) depending on cork thickness - **MiniKossel_bedbracket_bracket_front_v3.stl** - print two of these for the front - **MiniKossel_bedbracket_bracket_v3.stl** (for the back)
