Minifix jig
thingiverse
Template used for making the holes for minifix/easyfix like parts assembly. This template helps for taking the 15mm hole of the hook, as well as the 8mm perpendicular hole for the pin. The printing should be done with some mechanical tough material (like PETG or ABS). For the 8mm hole I used 2 metal M8 nuts to make the guided hole. The nuts were having the interior enlarged prior mounting them into the jig. Alternatively, I added a model for replacing the nuts with something 3D printed as well. The upper side is 10cm in length, with marks at each 1cm. The sides are 5cm, with the same marks. To use the jig, place it on the side of the board and clamp it. Then using the 15mm upper guide, make the hook hole deep as 10-14mm and then take the other 8mm hole.
