I was building my Prusa i3 clone and chose MDF to make it come together. To assemble it, I used this jig that helped me line up the holes for the minifix eccentrics with ease, and it worked really well for about a dozen holes (although it may not last long). The jig was printed from ABS plastic, but it might work with PETG or PLA as long as the drilling doesn't overheat. Some other tools are necessary to complete the project: - A dowel jig is required, and I already had a "wolfcraft dowel master," but there are probably many models available on thingiverse. - A 15mm Forstner bit for the minifix hole would be helpful. There's an STL file included that allows you to limit the depth of the hole using a lock ring; you'll need an M3 screw and nut for this. - An 8mm drill bit for wood is needed for drilling dowel pins.
