miniDexed case

This a simple case for the miniDexed (https://github.com/probonopd/MiniDexed). As miniDexed lives on a Raspi, just like the Norns shield, modifying the case to house the miniDexed hardware seemed a good starting point. The bottom plate has screw holes for the Raspi. The top has an opening for a 1602 LCD display and a 7mm hole for a ky-040 rotary encoder. The back has a hole for a PCM5102b DAC board. I will probably augment the design some more to make the rotary encoder snap in, instead of having to be glued in, and create some mounting for the DAC. Alternatively, I will design a PCB that holds DAC, LCD and rotary encoder.
