I purchased a 4-pack of 31mm festoon style LED retrofit bulbs for my 2012 Honda Fit, but only three out of four interior bulbs are festoon-style. The hatch light is a 168 wedge base, so I created an adapter. You'll need to work some wires through and print with tree supports if desired. In my case, the supports came off nicely. Small wires or a tight fit will make it impossible. To keep mine secure, I used hot glue to prevent any loose vibration.
