A Baby Ultimaker Original - An Hommage to the Real Thing This model pays tribute to the original Ultimaker with five distinctive pieces and the ability to be printed without support! The blueprints you see, as well as some renders, are not proportioned correctly; however, this has been rectified in the downloadable files. Ultimaker themselves took photos of a grey model alongside a teddy bear. The remaining prints that don't feature the dreaded "blue ugliness" can be found at https://ultimaker.com/en/community/18427-community-contest-part-5-the-tribute - they are part of Ultimaker's design competition. If you successfully print one, please share your results! Instructions All parts should assemble without the need for glue. You may need to carefully trim some connections to ensure a perfect fit (this largely depends on your printer's quality). The top section is printed upside-down; all other components require no further explanation. Keep in mind that this model poses a challenge for even well-maintained printers, as it features narrow walls, some overhang and the possibility of warping. Nonetheless, with careful adjustments, an expertly tuned Ultimaker should be more than capable! The filament holes are 2mm - try using electricity wires that fit this dimension if possible, as they seem to be the most suitable option.
