You can clearly see the model and some of the renders aren't in proportion. I corrected this issue in the downloadable files. Note that photos of grey Ultimaker with teddy bear are courtesy of Ultimaker, featured in their Community contest at ultimaker.com/en/community/18427-community-contest-part-5-the-tribute. If you decide to create one, please share your results! The parts should fit together seamlessly without glue. You might need to smooth out some connections to ensure a perfect fit, depending on the quality of your print. The top part is printed upside-down; everything else speaks for itself. This model can be quite challenging for your printer, so feel free to experiment with your settings. Some areas have thin walls and overhangs, which could cause warping. However, an expertly calibrated Ultimaker should be able to handle this task without any issues. The filament holes are 2mm in diameter. I couldn't find a suitable wire for that size myself, but there might be 2mm electricity wires available that will fit perfectly. I used green binding string instead, which works fairly well.
