Miniature, Pen and Dice Box for D&D / Pathfinder

Miniature, Pen and Dice Box for D&D / Pathfinder

I crafted this compact box to enclose a miniature set, consisting of 7 dice, a pen, and an additional feature (a newly created cavity in the empty corner was added because why not). It comes with two interchangeable top covers: one measures 1mm and the other is slightly thicker at 1.5mm. Both top covers function seamlessly, with the 1.5mm option providing a bit more stability. The gaps between the dice hexagons measure exactly 15mm, ensuring that none of our dice can shift positions between the hexes and everything remains in its designated place. I printed this box using PLA with 0.3mm layer thickness and a 20% grid infill pattern. Both parts could potentially print without support material, but I opted to have Cura add minimal supports for added security. The first image showcases an earlier revision of the design after which some minor adjustments were made: * The addition of side openings at the top cover for easier access * Improved proportions and evenly spaced hexagons The second image features the current version with a dnd rogue class symbol glued to the top, proudly representing the rogue character in our party. Additional images will be shared shortly.
