Miniature Holder
thingiverse
This is another miniature holder. It was based on an existing design that I am now struggling to locate again. To work around this issue, I created an all-plastic version with some modifications because the metal wire part used in the original design was not available. To build a holder, you can print either the 56 or 75mm stem, both body parts, and two of the clips. Attach the two body halves together using super glue. Next, attach the clips to the stem, allowing them to freely clip onto the body. It's designed to be easily removable and rotateable. Make sure not to attach the clips to the body. I split the body into smaller pieces so it can fit inside an envelope for easy mailing to friends. One of the images shows a Prusa MK2S platter with all the required parts to make two holders. For larger miniatures, such as Lord of Contagion or Typhus, you can print at 150% scale.
