I enjoy painting Warhammer and Warhammer 40k miniatures and, after trying various grip techniques like holding them by hand or using a color pot, I decided to design my own perfect grip! My custom grip is easy to rotate between fingers and has a 25mm base size that matches the standard GW round base. To secure the miniature in place, I use Patafix rubber which provides strong adhesion even for metal minis. An update on 20/01/2018 enhanced stability with a 25mm and 32mm base. The photo shows my grip printed with 0.3 fast settings on BadPrinter2.
