Miniature Filament Spool Props

Here are the 3D printed miniature filament spools I created in my free time, between bigger projects. They turned out to be quite cute and colorful, so I decided to share them with you. This project combines high and low resolution FDM printing techniques. To achieve a realistic filament look, I printed the filament at 0.4mm layer height, while using the best possible resolution for the spools themselves. The spools are designed to be snap fit, but since I didn't calibrate my printer profile between filament colors, I used a small amount of glue on a few of them. This was also an experiment to see how small I could make them - and it turned out that they're too small to work as keychains.
