Miniature Fedora Hat with Printable Rim (28mm/32mm scale)
thingiverse
This is a straightforward Fedora style hat from the 1920s, 30s, 40s era designed to be added to 28/32mm models. I came up with it because none of the hats I looked at would print on my FFF/FDM printer due to the brim issue. The brim might appear outlandish but it prints relatively thin with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.1mm or 0.2mm layer height. It will need to be scaled using an editor to add it to any of your modern era miniatures and make them look more stylish. I created this hat in SculptGL, cleaned and partially simplified it in MeshLab, and finally scaled and simplified it for printing in TinkerCAD.
