Printing Specifications Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Mendel Raft Settings: Doesn't Matter Support Settings: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm - 0.8mm Nozzle Tips Notes: I successfully printed these miniature city parts on a Mendel RepRap using 1.75mm fibre. Utilizing a 0.8mm Nozzle Tip with a 0.5mm Layer Height setting, I achieved excellent results. You can experiment with nozzle tips ranging from 0.2mm to 0.8mm for optimal outcomes. Printing times varied between 3-10 minutes per part. For best results, rotate the Backbone and Belly Ring by 90-degrees before printing to ensure a smooth ball-round surface on your table. I recommend using rafts for these parts. Please exercise caution when removing parts as they may be slightly fragile. Post-Printing Tips Some parts may exhibit burrs that require filing to achieve a smooth finish. If the bolts appear loose, applying a gentle touch with a gluegun can help secure them in place.
