Mini fan, that's a project I can tackle. Creating one will take around three hours of my time. Here are the steps to make it: First, I'll create the middle frame and outer frame using a 3D printer. This should take about an hour at a layer height of 0.3mm. Next, I'll print out the paper template on A4-sized paper. The data for this is available in PDF format from minisensu (A4). After printing two copies of the template, I'll superimpose them and staple them together to create holes for the middle frame.
