Mini Workzone Barrier
thingiverse
Is there a "little" work being done in your makerspace or work space? Do you need to make sure that any [Smurfs](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Smurfs) or citizens of [Lilliput](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lilliput_and_Blefuscu) don't venture to close to where some small scale construction work is being done? If so, then these interlocking **Mini Workzone Barriers** are exactly what you need! :-) Measuring in at 95mm x 9.5mm x 57mm (LxWxH), these tiny construction barriers were part of chance for me to grow my own skills with snap-fit design for 3D printing, and to tease some of my students that may have accidentally gotten a little too "over enthusiastic" with a cordless drill :-) You can read more about the incident, and how we made it into a teaching moment, on this [Mount Vernon MDE instagram post.](https://www.instagram.com/p/CYjRA84ASKd/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=) But if you need them for something other than keeping people away from drying wood filler, please share in the comments. I'm sure there's gotta be a good story to tell if you make these! :-) *NOTE: The sign that the Post-it note is on is simply assembled out of Legos. There is no STL to download for that... yet :-)*
