Mini Word Clock

A miniature 150mm square-faced word clock is designed to display time using 72 Neopixels arranged in 8 rows of 9 pixels each. These Neopixels, measuring 60 pixels per meter, require just over a meter in total length. To maintain accurate time, the clock connects via WiFi to an NTP server pool, offering support for multiple time zones and automatic adjustments for Daylight Savings Time. Users can choose from a range of color options, including single-color schemes or a rainbow palette that remains static, as well as set colors to change based on minute, hour, or daily intervals. The clock's brightness can be automatically adjusted for optimal viewing during both day and night with the help of auto-dim and bright settings. Software updates are facilitated through an OTA (over-the-air) process, provided the ESP8266 module is connected to the same WiFi network as the Arduino IDE. An accompanying Arduino sketch is included, serving as a foundation that was initially based on an Instructable guide found at http://www.instructables.com/id/ESP8266-NTP-TIMEZONE-CLOCK-WITH-WiFi-MANAGER/. Note that all settings for options are integrated into the sketch itself, with no external buttons required for control.
