Windfoil scaled approximately 1 to 6 times for friendly printing purposes. The original model features a 95cm long mast, an 85cm long fuselage, and a 700sqcm front wing. This scaled copy is only 17cm tall in comparison. Printed with PLA at 0.1mm layers, the fuselage required additional support during the printing process. Wings and mast were printed in halves before being glued together with CA glue. Wing and stabilizer attachments are also glued to the fuselage, while the mast remains removable for easier maintenance. STL files for this scaled model are quite large due to their direct relationship to the original files. In fact, a scaling factor of 6.25 would allow you to create an actual windfoil using these STL files.
