Mini Welding Magnets
thingiverse
The square block and the triangle block share one thing in common - both measure 50x15mm at their widest point. To assemble these blocks, you'll need magnets. The square block requires a total of twelve 10x2mm magnets, while the triangle block needs six of the same size. When attaching the magnets, use a strong adhesive like CA glue to secure them in place. The holes for the magnets are precisely 2.2mm deep, ensuring that they don't protrude from the blocks and maintain an even surface. These custom-made blocks may melt if exposed to high temperatures, but I created them as a temporary solution since I didn't have tiny welding blocks on hand. They can be a handy addition to your collection, especially for 1-2-3 CNC blocks that need extra support.
