This little trolley can be used for some impressive video traveling effects, video reveal effects on a table, or even create cool 360 views on December 31st on the table! I used the phone holder from my selfie stick to hold my smartphone securely in place. A camera with standard 1/4 inch holes can be easily fixed onto it. You can use this trolley like a tripod; simply leave it on the table and attach your camera or smartphone to it, and you're good to go! The mount is equipped with a standard 1/4 inch screw that makes installation a breeze. There's an important note about printing the screw: as soon as it's finished, don't let it cool down - instead, immediately screw it onto a camera to ensure it forms correctly. If you fail to do this, the screw won't work properly. To build this trolley, I used some plumber joints that I had on hand for the wheels. The dimensions are: external diameter 30mm, internal diameter 21mm, and thickness 2mm. While these specific parts may not be essential, they make the trolley more stable and steady. I also used a 1 M3 rod measuring 4cm in length, as well as five small wood screws with a length of 13mm. You'd be hard-pressed to find a cheaper option! After printing the wheels, it's essential to review them carefully and sand any print glitches that may have occurred during the process. Ideally, you should remix the design to use ball bearings for even smoother movement, but this first release is still plenty fun to play with as a cheap toy. The fix on the wheels are intentionally tightened to ensure proper function. You'll need a tool to fit them together properly. I used a hammer to assemble the two parts of each wheel and a clamp to secure the suspension in place.
