Mini Tripods meets Smartphone tripod version 2

Just a quick hack to mount my Handy(Smartphone). But may be it's also handy for you. ;) I added all details so you can tweak gaps if needed. Ballhead_v1-0_FlashHat.STL, HolderTop.stl and Screw.stl are not modified. For the sake of completeness I copied them.
