Your fingers never stand still, do they? Mine certainly don't. So, I came up with this tiny spinner using just one 607 ball bearing. The other three are there for kicks and to add some weight. This thing spins indefinitely. From start to finish, it takes at least 90 seconds - that's not bad! You'll need one 607 ball bearing. I recommend a ceramic bearing since this thing spins forever (C607). The other three bearings are just added for weight; normal 607 bearings will do fine. The "ZZ" variant looks nicer because it has fully enclosed sides. You could slice at 0.2mm layer height and 30% infill, but I chose 0.1mm layer height and concentric infill (latest Cura). For the dual version, I adjusted the "dual overlap" to 0.2mm.
