Mini Titan E325 RC Helicopter Modified Battery Mount
thingiverse
I measured the battery mount brackets' holes precisely for my Mini Titan, discovering they were slightly smaller than anticipated but beneficial for firm screws and a rigid structure upon assembly. The printed brackets exhibited greater strength compared to the original pieces, while fitting surprisingly well. This was my initial 3D-printed item, produced using PLA at medium settings on a Rostock Max delta printer, boasting a 290mm diameter and 320mm height build volume with nozzle extrusions ranging from 0.4 to 0.6 mm. Upon fitting the brackets to my helicopter, I noticed the screw holes were slightly tight, so I utilized a tiny screwdriver to enlarge them for seamless screw insertion.
