I designed this teleprompter for a friend who needed a compact option that would work seamlessly with her smartphone. I deliberately made it slim so she could easily use her iPhone as the prompter, and since it's tailored to fit an iPhone 6's width, it should accommodate most phones without any issues. The photos you see were taken using an iPhone 5, but rest assured it will still work well on a flat surface when printed out in two pieces, as demonstrated in the pictures. However, keep in mind that it may not perfectly align with an iPad mini's lens, so it's best used apart. I measured and calculated the tripod plate based on my friend's Sunpak tripod dimensions, but you might find it slightly short if you use a different camera or teleprompter attachment. Upon further reflection, I think I should have made it longer to ensure a secure fit. To connect the two parts together, I used 1/2 inch c-channel.
