Mini Talon Pro Rear Spar Brace
thingiverse
Rear spar braces that remove slop from oversized holes in foam fuselage sides. Braces also distribute load over a larger area of foam to ensure accurate wing placement as the plane ages. Print one of each file (Left & Right). Test fit your rear carbon spar before gluing into fuselage. Holes may need to be reamed with a 0.227" (#1 size) drill bit. Run drill slow to prevent heat build up. Fit should be snug but smooth. Test fit to fuse side to open up the hole in the foam just a bit. The foam is mailable and will allow you to work the mount into place. Check both side and ensure you can install and remove spar without issue. Remove braces and glue them to the fuse sides making sure no glue obscures the inner opening for spar at the wing saddle.
