24/10/20 - Updated the brace moving the curved tab on top to a straight, centered tab. As it was difficult to visually see and feel if the curved tab version was perfectly centered with equal amounts of grip under each side of the fuse. One solution for securing 4s1p/4s2p/4s3p 18650 packs in a square configuration as pictured. Velcro on the floor of the fuse prevents the battery moving forward or aft. The print pins the battery to the velcro preventing movement in any other direction. Simply slide one side under the foam that the carbon fuse spar sits in. Deform it over the battery and slide under the opposite side of the fuse foam as pictured. Print with solid filament only. Given all filaments are different, scale Z in slicer to either decrease or increase stiffness.
