I have several tiny class D stereo amplifiers in my collection, and I was eager to give them a makeover. I designed this enclosure with functionality in mind - the volume is clearly visible, the LED light shines bright, and there are ventilation slots to keep everything cool. This enclosure consists of two parts: a base and a cover that slide together seamlessly. The PAM8610 can be installed either before or after assembly, making it easy to integrate into your project. It's essential to secure speaker connections prior to installation for a safe and reliable setup. The STL files provided include two options for the base: one with mounting tabs featuring screw holes, and another that's simply the base designed for double-sided tape attachment. Both will fit perfectly with the cover. While it's possible to print the entire enclosure as a single piece, doing so would significantly increase the complexity of the printing process.
