A clever Solution for the #CountertopChallenge! This Small yet Functional Spice Rack uses two discarded CDs as its Revolving Mechanism. Here's How You Can Make One: Gather the Following: * Two CDs, stripped of their label on one side * A glue gun or some Double-Sided Tape * A 1/2" Long Threaded Bolt with a 1/4" Diameter or Smaller * A Matching Nut * Optional: two small Washers for extra Support To Assemble Your Lazy Susan Spice Rack: Print the base and top of the spice rack in ABS or PLA with a high Infill (at least 15%) to provide sufficient Structural Integrity. Both the Base and Top should be approximately six inches in Diameter, while the base is 1/4" Thick, and the top is slightly taller at 1/2". If You Want a Spice Rack Without the Edge Lip: All You Need to Do is Print an Extra Base Instead of the Top. Assembly Time! Place the CDs, with their label-side facing up, into the indentation on each piece. Secure them firmly using Glue or Tape. The shiny side of the CDs should face towards Each Other when Assembled. Pass a Threaded Bolt Through the Hole at the Center of the Top and Base, then Tighten It Firmly. Thanks to Their Low Friction Properties, You Can Enjoy Smooth Rotation without Any Sticking or Grinding from Ball Bearings. Now That You Have Your Spices in Place, Simply Twist Your CD-Loaded Spice Rack into Action and Enjoy Experimenting with Delicious Recipes!
