I created two versions - one for fans of geometric shapes and another for those who love volume. To prevent the dough from sticking to the mold, I dusted some flour on it. The puff pastry I had available was prone to changing shape during baking. I believe that ginger cookies will yield a better print. You can also increase the size by 20 percent or more.
