Mini Skid Steer

This was remixed from Gophergames's Skid steer. I split the file for a two-color printing and remeshed the model. RESIZED TO 150% UPDATE 4-1-2019: Dutchy_79 left a comment saying that the model was not slicing, so I took another look at it and fixed all the errors (according to MeshLab) and replaced the files.
