Mini Skewb (35mm)
thingiverse
Here is a basic Mini Skewb that I made a long time ago, with the intention of using it for various shape mods. It measures 35mm to an edge. It requires four Dayan screws and springs to function; these can be purchased on TheCubicle.us. The pictures show a possible sticker pattern that is more interesting than a standard 6-color Skewb. Some notes: - Two core files are included; they have slightly different tolerances to account for different expansion/contraction in ABS and PLA. - Two center files are included; the one with an alignment nub can be used to more easily attach custom extensions. - The "floating corner" is constructed of a stem and base which are tightly fit together when printed in ABS. It may be slightly loose when printed in PLA and may need to be glued. - Caps need to be attached with a dab of glue. There is not enough surface area for the cap to stay gripped on by itself. PARTS ROSTER: 1x Core (ABS).stl OR Core (PLA).stl 6x Center.stl OR Center (For Extensions).stl 4x AnchorCorner.stl 4x Cap.stl 4x FloatingCorner.stl 4x FloatingStem.stl 4x FloatingCap.stl
