Mini Shredder V1

This is a mini-shredder I designed to shred garden catnip. I grow a lot of it, and using an “Herb” grinder was getting tiresome.

Tolerances are tight, so make sure you print with a well-leveled bed. No glue is necessary, the gears and rotors should fit snugly on the axle. You might need a hobby knife to bevel the rotors and spacers if you get some elephants foot.

Part quantities required:

End Plate x2

Side1 x1

Side2 x1

Axle x1

Axle2 x1

Gear x2

Crank x1

Spacer x15

Rotor x15

Fasteners required:

12x M2 screws, length not critical as long as it's over 10mm. There's plenty of room for variance. It will work fine with 8x or even less if you're in a pinch.

It will rotate stiff, but should wear in quickly enough.

I'm working on a revised version that will be motor powered, and a loading hopper for the top.
