This is not an original design at all - just a modified version of this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2415, optimized for use with a Tower Pro 180° SG90 9G micro servo. I simply had to adjust the base plate that the servo slots through and create a mounting plate to offset it since the horn sticks out much more than with the original servo. I'd like to extend my gratitude to jjshortcut - the original creator of this thing. Since I laser-cut this, I placed the pieces close together in the design to save acrylic and didn't alter any SDL files because I preferred not to 3D print it. You can view numerous photos of how I assembled it as I had to space it out a bit using washers. I used M3 counter-sunk bolts, measuring 15mm and 25mm in length - although it would have been better if I had any 20mm bolts instead of the 25mm ones. Using a counter-sink tool allowed me to make sure that the bolts holding the servo mounting plate were nearly flush so the arm wouldn't hit them (highlighted in one of the images). Additionally, I had to use wire-cutters to trim down the mounting horn of the servo as it didn't come with a small round horn and would have jammed the gears otherwise.
