Mini Scraper — mounts into 3030 extrusion
prusaprinters

A small puck-style scraper to safely remove small objects, calibration squares, prime lines, skirts, etc. from the steel sheet. Meant to complement larger spatula's such as @kaje's excellent https://www.printables.com/model/28337 .

I was inspired by @BaGooN's https://www.printables.com/model/126103 . It's a complete reimplementation in Fusion 360 but I label it a remix to give credit where credit is due. While I liked the idea of a small scraper, knowing myself I knew I'd lose it quickly, so I came up with this idea for a scraper that mounts into the 3030 extrusion. It's small enough to fit into the left or right-side rails of the Mk3's bed, or into the Z rail of the Mini. Just insert it and turn to lock in place. It's a tight fit by design, just give it a couple of turns clock and counter-clockwise to loosen up. Worst case, scale it down by a percent in the slicer.

I printed it with tiny supports under the locking mechanism. See attached 3mf file.

Designed in Fusion 360.

If you like what I'm doing…

…consider buying me a coffee.
