Designed not to need supports or rafts, minimizing assembly and printing time/material
Thick walls (designed walls, not print shells) are sturdy for continued reuse (working on thinning a little bit to reduce weight and still print simply)
Instructions
I used the "standard" makerbot 2x settings for ABS: 10% infill, 2 shells, 230C extruders; my only changes were a 115C bed and 80 print speed - It always seems to stick a bit better. No raft and no supports.
working on a still stable/still easy version with thinner walls. for now it still works and the best part is no raft and no support. The bottom is nice and smooth and I saw no curling, and any unsupported regions are on ≤45° angles so no support is needed (this is a lot easier than clearing out the inside of the tube afterwards)
