Mini robot dual gearmotor drive base

<p>This is a mini version of my larger dual drive robot base, that you can find here. <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3193733">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3193733</a></p> <p>The parts print with out supports. There is a main frame, 2 wheels, a battery latch and a support nub. I use two dc gearmotors that are common and low cost. You can get them in two gear ratios "fast and slow" and with 1 axle or dual axle. I buy the dual axle for most my projects and just cut off one axle side if it is not used. The frame has a place for a 2 cell or 3 cell battery holder and a switch. There is room for attaching electronics as well so it is self contained. You can build a body to slip over the assembled unit . I will add a you tube video of the two robots I built with there bodies to you tube. So check out my "Robothut" youtube channel.
