Mini Ravioli Press

Mini Ravioli Press

My mother-in-law was fed up with the ravioli presses available on the market. She had one custom-made by my father-in-law years ago using a CNC machine, but unfortunately, no one kept the design. So, I've recreated it with some upgrades and improvements. It will be 3D printed this time and coated with food-safe epoxy for durability. The design is for a 3x6 mini ravioli press, but it's highly customizable to accommodate various sizes. What's more, you can stack multiple prints using magnetic inserts, making it possible to create the perfect size for your needs regardless of your printer's bed size. I designed this press in OpenScad and made sure it's fully parametrized, allowing you to adjust almost every dimension to suit your preferences. This is a separate STL file. Additionally, I've included support for magnets to be glued into the press, enabling you to chain together several of these presses to make a long press. This feature is particularly handy if you have a dough machine like a Kitchenaid that produces long dough.
