Mini Quadcopter

I designed a quadcopter specifically for use with 8520 brushed motors and the SP3 Racing F3 Evo brushed flight controller, perfect for indoor flying. I also created a propeller protector to safeguard my drone's blades. This latest version flies remarkably smoothly, a vast improvement over previous models with shorter arms that wobbled uncontrollably. I've printed this design using both PLA and ABS materials, but so far, only the PLA version has been thoroughly tested. The propeller protectors do pose a problem when trying to install a camera, as some of the protector's structural elements block the line of sight. **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: Prusa * Printer Model: Prusa Mk2 * Rafting: No rafts were used in this print. * Supports: Yes, I utilized supports to ensure a stable build. * Resolution: The printer resolution was set to 0.2 mm for optimal results. * Infill Density: The infill percentage was set to 20% for a good balance between weight and structure. **Equipment** * Motors: Four brushed 8520 motors provide the necessary power and speed. * Flight Controller: I utilized the SP Racing F3 Evo brushed flight controller for smooth and responsive control. * Receiver: The FrSky XM receiver, which supports S.BUS protocol but lacks telemetry capabilities, is used to connect my quadcopter to my transmitter. * Battery: Either a 1S 380mAh or a 1S 720mAh battery can be used to power this design.
