I sought an effortless approach to creating replacement tires for my TZ4. I've been crafting these tires out of Silicone caulk using the method described here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Worlds-easiest-silicone-mold/. I attempted to use OOgoo but it didn't work well, so I switched to this method instead. If you want to reduce the width of the tire, just shorten the ring when printing it. This produces an extremely sticky tire, and while it may not be suitable for racing, it definitely works. They perform great on my laminate floor but might get damaged on a rougher surface like asphalt. These are slicks, and adding a tread pattern would be relatively simple to accomplish as well. Make sure to use some kind of mold release; I used a thin coat of vaseline and it worked out very well.
