Mini Pulse Motor / Generator

Mini Pulse Motor / Generator

thingiverse

I've made several pulse motors throughout my learning journey, and the last generator I built was impressive but fell short in many areas. I'm a firm believer that learning by doing is key, so my goal with this design was to create something sturdy and adaptable, allowing for different coil and rotor configurations without compromising structural integrity. Advantages of My New Design Coil sections are independent and removable I've optimized the magnetic field to its fullest potential - two sets of coils per rotor Stackable - as many units can be stacked on one drive shaft as desired Rotor and coil geometry have been reworked, featuring 6 coils and 6 magnets for simultaneous firing. In contrast, my previous generator had 6 coils with 4 magnets on the rotor, resulting in only two coils firing at a time.
