Building my mini Prusa i3 from scratch was a fascinating experience. The original Y Axis bearings that came with it worked perfectly fine at first, but as time passed by, they started to exhibit some noticeable shortcomings - they required the use of zip-ties to secure them in place, which I wanted to avoid for future maintenance purposes. Fortunately, my extensive research led me to a fantastic replacement component called scarou's bearing mod that fit seamlessly into my project. However, I soon realized that this component was slightly too compact for optimal functionality, hindering the smooth passage of the bed over the Y-Axis Motor. After careful consideration, I made the bold decision to modify the design, introducing subtle changes to increase clearance significantly, thus allowing the bed to slide effortlessly above the motor without any hindrance. The upgraded design brought about a newfound sense of confidence and freedom in my mini Prusa i3. **Print Settings:** * **Resolution:** * 0.3 Note: Ensure optimal clarity **Printing Details:** Infill: * 25% It is advisable to opt for stronger parts
