Mini Plunge Router
thingiverse
This small plunge router attachment is designed for Dremel, but can also be modified for other mini drills like Proxxon. To print it, use PLA and set the nozzle to 0.5mm with a layer thickness of 0.5mm. The thread detail should be sufficient for fitting the Dremel's threaded neck and the depth adjusting M8 bolt. Post-print drilling using an M8 drill is required, followed by lubrication with silicone or PTFE spray. Remember to exercise safety precautions while handling even a mini drill as it can easily be overloaded. For a more secure design, consider this alternative: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17945. The baseplate STL has been updated with a round space for the top hex nuts as of 2013-01-05, and knobs have also been added (made using http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11797) since 2012-01-07.
