As the image clearly demonstrates, place the tube between the 3 rollers and apply steady pressure as you pull it through - constant tension will ensure the desired outcome. The goal here is to set it at the natural bend of the part, where it will automatically return to its straight position. If it's bent too far, it will snap back into shape; if it's already straight, it won't be deformed in the process. From my experiments so far, this can be a bit tricky to achieve.
