Mini Overkill Pillar Drill Fusion360 files included, allowing you to modify them freely. No supports are necessary. Infill rates of 20-50% are suitable, along with 0.2mm layer heights and a 0.4mm nozzle. Three parameters control the operation. Required components include: Main Structure: Six 19cm rods Two 21-22cm 8mm threaded rods Handle: One 13-14cm 8mm threaded rod for COG & SPINE cross piece One 9cm 8mm threaded rod for arm Spring: One 2.1cm x 14cm spring Motor: A 27.8mm diameter motor from a low-cost Dremel. Stud-Lock has been applied to the nuts for the arm, preventing movement; superglue could be used as an alternative. The nuts at the bottom are also secured with superglue (the design may be revised to avoid this step).
