Mini Peristaltic Pump
thingiverse
I created a compact peristaltic pump powered by a 6v N20 geared motor. The tubing measures 4mm in outer diameter and 2mm in inner diameter. Rollers were fashioned from cut tubing, specifically McMaster-Carr part#8627K129. Two screws, designated as part#99461A615, were utilized for assembly. Additionally, two smaller screws with part number 91305A002 played a crucial role. The housing can be either resin printed using hard resin or machined. I employed a Pocket NC V2, a 5-axis desktop machine, to precision-mill the housing from a 1-inch bar stock. A press-fit attachment was designed for the spin plate onto the motor shaft. Meanwhile, the top cover was 3D printed with PETG material.
