Mini Peristaltic Pump

I engineered a compact peristaltic pump utilizing a robust 6v N20 geared motor. Flexible tubing boasts an outside diameter of 4mm and an inside diameter of 2mm. The rollers are fabricated from McMaster-Carr part number 8627K129, providing optimal performance. Two screws, designated as part number 99461A6152, secure the device in place, while smaller screws, labeled part number 91305A002H, facilitate effortless assembly. The housing can be either resin printed with hard resin or machined to precision. I utilized a Pocket NC V2, a cutting-edge 5-axis desktop machine, to machine the component from a 1-inch bar stock. A custom spin plate was machined to achieve a press-fit onto the motor shaft. Meanwhile, the top cover was expertly 3D printed using PETG material.
