Mini OpenRC with 2017 and 2018 upgrades
thingiverse
I have merged and modified several projects to create a 2018 upgraded Mini RC I have now printed this, the bargeboard on the side with the steering arm will needed to be trimmed to allow full movement but looks good, I have modified the STL to accommodate The chassis and front wing need a little more clearance between them to allow for proper fitment, again on the V5 chassis uploaded, this change has been commited Cant see the logos on tyres due to print height otherwise looks amazing and actually drives :O Source build of original openrc mini: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2816828 - includes original build instructions. Changes made: Chassis from original mini build and Daniel Norée build merged to support 2017/8 upgrades Chassis and front wing modified to be screwed together - adding additional support 14/11/20: modified bargeboards to work with steering arm - fixed now as part of chassis Rim modified to allow attachment to WL Toys axis parts all 2017 / 2018 upgrade parts shrunk to fit mini version when printing the Halo, I would suggest using support and printing the correct way round, the current version would need the Halo to be glued in place, I do plan on adding mechanical fastenings for this. thanks to Skissografen for the original mini build based on the work of Daniel Norée (https://danielnoree.com) for making any of this possible. Thanks to JWilliams26 for the 'drift' tyres I have used: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3583997
