This is a detailed replica of an NES cartridge, carefully crafted to match my Raspberry Pi mini NES replica. The main case files are available here for anyone who wants to create their own miniature console. A user named stefanli created custom cartridge sleeves that fit perfectly with these small cartridges, adding an extra layer of realism to the design. Print Settings Printer: CTC Bizer Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: The included supports can be used instead of slicer supports for better results, as I discovered after experimenting with different methods. Post-Printing The pins are designed to locate the two halves together seamlessly, and I secured them using super glue to create a strong bond. To give the label a glossy finish, I applied clear packing tape over it, printed on thick paper. How I Designed This I used Autodesk 123D to bring this miniature NES cartridge design to life, carefully crafting every detail to match my Raspberry Pi mini NES replica.
