I'm using a Mini Monitor from an LCD laptop (ltn156at05). It's an 11-inch display with a resolution of 1366x768. The LCD Controller Board can be found at https://aliexpress.com/item/32879172456.html. I also have a Speaker available at https://aliexpress.com/item/32799382060.html. Powering everything is a 12v, 4A, 48W power adapter from https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32701301978.html.
